Conferences - In November the Institute organizes the annual Hamburg Conference on Foundation Law and the Law of Non-Profit-Organizations as an impressive event for professionals working in non-profit law. In late summer there is an academic symposium.
Workshops - Academic Workshops are organized two or three times a year. They promote dialogue between experts engaged in research into the third sector (economists, political scientists, sociologists), adopt a comparative law approach, and are intended to supply academia with problems and empirical observations drawn from practice.
Lectures - In addition to this, foreign law experts hold lectures on foundation law of other countries. The past lectures are accessible through discussion papers issued by the Institute.
