Theory meets practice in a multidisciplinary and highly educational environment: The Bucerius-sponsored Week of Law and Business 2015 in Santo Domingo is a three-day event focused on building a practical approach to daily challenges in which business and law converge and diverge.
The conference is designed to reach scholars and practitioners from Latin American and European business and legal spheres with the support and participation of key stakeholders from the Latin American market. As with the Bucerius Master of Law and Business, this international conference focuses on the common ground between business and law.
For the 2015 edition, the conference has been divided into three individual modules or axes:
- Corporate Governance
- Restructuring Strategy and Insolvency Proceedings, and
- International Sale of Goods and Financing Contracts.
