Discounts & Scholarships
Financial support for your studies
You are eligible for a discount off the standard tuition rate if you apply before the Early Bird Deadline, are an alumna/alumnus of Bucerius Law School, or if you are studying at one of our Partner Universities. A limited number of scholarships are available for those in need of financial support.
Early Bird Discount: Apply before March 1
Students who apply before the Early Bird Deadline and are accepted in the first round of applications are eligible for a 15% discount off the normal tuition fee. Unsuccessful Early Bird applications will be reconsidered in the second admissions round in May. The Early Bird Discount may not be combined with any other discounts.
Alumni & Partner University Discount
Alumni of Bucerius Law School and students from Bucerius partner universities are eligible for a 15% discount on the tuition fees for the Summer Program, independent of the date of their application. The Alumni & Partner University Discount may not be combined with any other discounts.
American Friends of Bucerius Scholarship
American Friends of Bucerius (AFB) manages a scholarship fund for students who wish to study at Bucerius. Applicants must be enrolled at a Bucerius partner institution in the United States AND meet certain other criteria set by the benefactors of individual scholarship programs. The Clifford Chance International Office is pleased to offer four need-based scholarships to highly qualified participants in the Bucerius Summer Programs. Each scholarship includes a partial or full tuition waiver. It does not cover travel cost or/and living expenses.
Applicants should fill out this form and submit it together with their application to the program. Selection by the beneficiaries will take place in May.
* Please note that these scholarships are not available for applicants from the US who are studying at partner universities as they are welcome to apply for the American Friends scholarship.
