In September 2017, Bucerius Law School appointed Professor Dr. Catharina Maracke as an Affiliate Professor for IT and Data Law. Prof. Maracke holds a second appointment at Kühne Logistics University. Her research and teaching is focused on intellectual property law and policy, standardization efforts for public licensing schemes, and the general interaction between law and technology.
