How to apply
Students are admitted on a rolling admission basis and admission is offered on a space-available basis. Therefore, we encourage you to submit your application as early as possible, especially if you are planning to apply for a scholarship or if you need a visa to study in Germany.
Application for the Academic Year 2018/19 will no longer be accepted. You are, however, invited to apply for the Academic Year 2019/20.
The deadline for applicants who must apply for a study visa while in their home country is March 31, 2019.
The deadline for applicants who can apply for study visa after arriving in German on a visa waiver or who do not need a visa at all is May 15, 2019.
Please confirm with your local German embassy or consulate which visa regulations apply to you.
Please note that, after admission, a non-refudable deposit on the tuition fee has to be paid in order to hold your place in the Master of Law and Business:
- Early deposit payment (made within six weeks of the admissions letter): €1,000
- Later deposit payment (made after eight weeks of the admissions letter): €2,000
You will usually be informed of the outcome of your application within six to eight weeks. After submitting your application, you may asked to schedule a personal or phone interview.
Make sure to check out the list of required documents before you proceed to the online application form.
