How to apply
Students are admitted on a rolling admission basis and admission is offered on a space-available basis. Therefore, we encourage you to submit your application as early as possible, especially if you are planning to apply for a scholarship or if you need a visa to study in Germany.
|Oct 31||Early Decision Deadline: If you want to secure your place before the end of the year, apply by October 31 and we will give you a decision before Christmas|
Early Bird Deadline: Would you like to receive a €2,000 discount on your tuition fees? Apply by January 15
Bucerius Global Scholarship Deadline: Do you want to take the opportunity to apply for our prestigious scholarship?
Deadline for applicants who must apply for a study visa in their home country
|May 15||Deadline for applicants who can apply for a study visa after arriving in Germany or who do not need a visa at all|
Please confirm with your local German embassy or consulate which visa regulations apply to you.
Please note that, after admission, a non-refudable deposit of €1,000 has to be paid in order to hold your place in the Master of Law and Business.
You will usually be informed of the outcome of your application within six to eight weeks. After submitting your application, you may be asked to schedule a Skype interview.

Applicants from China or Mongolia
In order to apply for an entry visa, you need to obtain the APS Certificate. This process can be begun before you submit your application to Bucerius Law School.
