Professor Katz spoke at the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL)Academy Conference in Singapore this week. His panel focused on the future of dispute resolution and how to Forge Ahead in the Digital Economy in the world of Generative AI and other major technological developments.

The Singapore Convention Week (SC Week) is a signature event in Singapore since 2019, focusing on dispute resolution, arbitration, mediation and litigation.
