The newly founded Center for International Dispute Resolution at Bucerius Law School will celebrate the official start of its academic work with an event discussing new developments in American and German Arbitration law.
The keynote speech on "From the FAA to the Restatement of Arbitration Law – Taking Stock of the American Arbitration Law." will be given by Prof. George Bermann of Columbia University, the main rapporteur for the Restatement, followed by a comment by Prof. Gerhard Wagner on the status of the project to revise the German Arbitration Law.
