Transnational financial services and the post-Brexit situation

The UK has left the EU, but economic ties with the EU remain close.

However, the cross-border provision of financial services faces various challenges as a result of the Brexit, not least because the regulatory requirements are likely to diverge over time. Other upheavals make it seem even more likely that individual paths will be followed in the near future.
With Professor Niamh Moloney (London School of Economics) and Professor Dr. iur. Dr. phil. Stefan Grundmann (Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin) we were able to win two outstanding scholars for an event on transnational financial services after Brexit.
