NFT and Law - What NFTs are all about, how to use them and what Questions they pose for our current IP-Ecosystem

We will get to know NFTs from a technical, cultural and IP perspective.

Our speakers Prof. Dr. Linda Kuschel (Bucerius Law School), Felix Tann (Bucerius IP Center) and Dr. Florian Stoll (KNPZ Rechtsanwälte) will provide insights into how NFTs are used, what technical background they have and how all of this is influenced by/influences IP law. Every participant will have a chance to experience hands-on how they can use and trade NFTs. We will also try to provide a number of participants with their very own NFT. Our expert panel will round-up the evening and provide firsthand insights into how the NFT-space functions. The event will be moderated by Prof. Dr. Kristoff Ritlewski (Bucerius IP Center).
